Services and rates
Five services, each with its process, deliverables and rate table. Here you find every rate in one place, gross incl. 20 % VAT and net for businesses.
The rates on this page are the rates that appear in the quote. There are no seasonal surcharges, no minimum spend beyond the stated minimum times and no fees for raw files or the archive. What a service does not include is listed on each service page under "Not included".
For businesses we show VAT separately on the invoice; the net column shows the amount without 20 % VAT. For consumers the gross price applies. For bookings from €1,000 gross we issue a deposit invoice for 30 %; the balance is due after approval, within 7 days for consumers and 14 days for businesses.

All prices in euros. Consumer prices include 20 % Austrian VAT; for businesses VAT is shown separately on the invoice.
How a quote is put together
A quote names the booked service, the duration in hours or days, the people and equipment included and optional items such as the grand piano, stems or a vinyl pre-master. Every line carries a gross and a net amount. If a session runs over, we charge the additional time at the stated hourly rate, rounded up to half hours.
- Deposit: 30 % of the quoted amount secures the date. It is credited against the final invoice.
- Cancellation: free of charge up to 5 working days before the session; after that we retain the deposit, and with less than 48 hours' notice 50 % of the booked amount is due. Details in the terms, art. 5.
- Revisions: two rounds for a mix, one for a master, see art. 7.
- Rights: the rights in the master pass to you after full payment, see art. 8 and the guide Rights to your master.
