Controller: Klangnest Tonstudio GmbH, Burggasse 95, 1070 Vienna. Purpose: answering your enquiry and preparing a quote. Retention: 12 months after the last contact, 7 years for invoice records if an order follows. The form is transmitted via the form service FormSubmit (USA); details in the privacy policy, section on the contact form.

What happens after you send the form

Mario or Lukas read your message and reply with a quote, or with questions if details are missing. For band recordings we ask about line-up, instruments and songs; for mixing and mastering about track counts, references and deadlines. A short phone call often replaces three e-mails, so we always offer one.

If you want to see in advance what to bring, the guide Preparing your session helps. What a whole EP costs is worked through in Planning a recording budget. Answers to the most common questions about deposits, cancellation and rights are in the FAQ.
